Secondary school art and English teacher Johanna, from Germany, likes to foster learning outside of the classroom walls. This leads her to volunteer in different areas where art and education come together, such as workshops in art museums or for teacher colleagues, as well as volunteering as an illustrator in an educational context. She has also illustrated two children’s books for her toddler son. Having majored in printmaking, her work can be characterised as graphical, illustrative, and often experimental.
