Using her experience as a Ranger, a Teacher, and Naturalist she blends ancient wisdom and magic into her stories, taking listeners to places where earth and legend meet. Cara @onenaturestories uses traditional storytelling and personal narrative as a medium to boost wellbeing, connection to nature, and build community. She performs in a whole range of settings from schools to iron age villages, and runs storytelling workshops looking at folklore and personal stories of transformation.
