We’re thrilled to be able to offer affordable studio / office space for an artist/creative startup at our premises The Joinery in central Settle.
A bright and airy office or studio space suitable for a start up, artist(s) / creative industries practitioner or anyone who needs good value space on simple terms.
Just behind Settle’s vibrant Market Place tucked away in a cobbled courtyard you will find The Joinery. The lockable office space is on the first floor in The Joinery, the home of Settle Stories, an arts charity with a mission to collaborate with exceptional artists to create transformative experiences for people and communities.
The space available is a large freshly painted, light and airy room with a dual aspect. There is a private kitchenette included.
Let includes free monthly access to the main Joinery studio space. This versatile space holds 25 for meetings around the board room table and 50 for a performance/presentation. It can be used as a black box for performances/filming. There are excellent facilities for live streaming and training with our inbuilt professional screening equipment.The Joinery has a hearing loop and toilet facilities on-site.
The Joinery is easy to access with nearby parking. Bus stops/train stations are both within a 5 minute walk.
