Walking and Writing Mindfulness Retreat

Discover your myth and learn to understand your story. Use mindfulness to step out of your everyday and into a more meaningful world.
A spiritual experience. Access your deeper inner being and imagination using mindfulness techniques to allow you to unlock your myth.
Using meditation and metaphor, two experienced facilitators will help you realise what is important to you. They will help you realise your purpose through aware reflection in a space where this can safely emerge.
Over the course of the weekend you will go on a journey to discover what has ultimate meaning for you. You will ask important life questions.
In asking these of yourself, you will begin to understand what matters to you and form a deeper relationship with yourself. You will begin to orientate yourself and be the master of your overall direction. Ultimately, you will begin to understand your myth...
Your myth is buried within you. To access it, you need to enter a deeper, visual, transrational part of yourself. This retreat will help you do that.
You will learn:
  • Mindfulness techniques that will help you understand what is important to you
  • Tools to help you make the right decisions moving forwards, based on what you truly are meant to do in life
  • How to analyse in a proactive way your decision making methods in life so far

This retreat is for you, if you:

  • Want to develop a regular mindfulness practice
  • Wish to understand what matters to you most in life
