This sessions will be delivered by Tony Bennett who is a Registered Instructor of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.
Tai Chi is an ancient of practice, tested over time to be effective in contributing to our health and wellbeing. It is very effective for achieving greater flexibility, balance and coordination and can bring about calm and relaxation. It lifts the spirits and can make a major contribution to our enjoyment of life.
