Using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), mindfulness and story this 8 week programme is a way to improve your well-being. We often find we live in the story of the world we unconsciously create for ourselves. By becoming aware that we are story creators, and learning how to recreate our stories we give ourselves tremendous power over our lives.
This course will give you tools and techniques that will help you to lead a happier, healthier and more balanced life.
Thanks to funding from North Yorkshire County Council and Comic Relief Local Communities Programme (Two Ridings Community Foundation) we can offer the full course to you for just £25. Commercial value per person is £280. In addition free places are available for those in receipt of Universal Credit who are based in North Yorkshire. To apply for a free place call Sita on 01729 822 292.
