Sita listens deeply, replies honestly and values the individual. Student of world renowned Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, she is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and has practiced mindfulness meditation for 20 years. She has a Diploma in Positive Impact Coaching and is a trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Sita has 30 years experience of working as a professional storyteller and has toured internationally. She is also the founding Director of Settle Stories.
Adam's love of metaphor and story grew from an early age and through his contact with Aboriginal storyteller Francis Firebrace. Since then he has used story as a therapeutic tool in his NLP and Hypnotherapy practice. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and a trained mental health nurse. His work in the NHS used therapeutic metaphor as a component of therapy. As a storyteller he has worked at festivals and storytelling clubs and has hosted the Haworth Open Storytelling Circle since 2012.
